The site is a result of a joint project between coordination bodies for the enforcement of intellectual property rights, consisting of representatives of state authorities and other institutions and organisations competent for legal protection of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Croatia. The site is intended for the public to be informed on the protection system of intellectual property rights, on the forms, occurrences and consequences of the infringement of these rights, as well as on the initiatives in the field of combating against counterfeiting and piracy in the Republic of Croatia and on the international level.
