The EUIPO Observatory has launched a call for proposals - Grants 2021

The EUIPO Observatory has launched the fourth call for proposals to support awareness raising activities on the value of Intellectual Property. Applications must be submitted to the EUIPO using the online application form (e-Form) no later than 08/06/2021 at 13:00 (local time). The EUIPO will organise and record a live online information session, on Thursday, 13 May 2021 which will be accessible afterwards.

EUIPO’s and OECD’s Study on the Misuse of Containerized Maritime Shipping in the Global Trade of Counterfeits

The European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) published a study dealing with the analysis of the scale of misuse of containerized maritime transport for trade in counterfeit goods. The Delegation of the People’s Republic of China Visited the State Intellectual Property Office

With a view to exchanging experience in the field of intellectual property law enforcement, the State Intellectual Property Office was visited on 16 December 2019 by a multi-member delegation of the People's Republic of China led by Ms. Lu Zhengmin, Director General of the Office of the National Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting.
