Notification of Work Time and Operation of the Office with Clients as of 1 June 2020

As of 1 June 2020, the Office shall continue with its regular operation and communication with clients in its official premises according to the regular operating time.
Work with clients in the premises of the Office will be carried out in compliance with the following epidemiological measures, which we ask you to adhere to:
- When entering the official premises of the Office, the Information Centre (INCENTIV) and the Reception Office (Registry Office), it is necessary to disinfect your hands with a disinfectant available at the entrance to the premises.
- The number of clients on the premises, including arrival and departure, is limited in such a way that a physical distance of 1.5 meters can be maintained between the clients and the official.
- For persons at risk of developing a more severe form of COVID-19 in the event of a new coronavirus infection, it is recommended to wear a protective face mask when staying on the premises of the Office.
Let us remind you that for all actions in the process of application for and registration of intellectual property, including subsequent submissions, the e-Application (for industrial property) is available, which you can access via the website of the SIPO https://www.dziv.hr/hr/e-usluge/e-prijava/ or via the e-Citizens system (application for industrial property)
